Johannesburg-born and educated in Europe, André holds a Masters Degree in Economics from the University of Freiburg and a bilingual MBA from the IESE Business School in Barcelona.
After advancing to Vice President at JPMorgan within the Debt Capital Markets and Derivatives arena in London and Johannesburg, André joined Inoxico’s holding company, Trivest the same year Inoxico was founded. He served as Inoxico’s CEO from 2012 to 2016, growing Inoxico from a humble base to an industry leading player.
He is now supporting the team from the holding company, Trivest and remains closely engaged as a market maker and senior advisor to the business.
With a BA in Philosophy & Economics from the University of Bayreuth (Germany) and an MA in International Relations from the King’s College London, Paul brings a unique mix of commercial, academic and extreme risk consulting skills to Inoxico.
He has worked in London, Geneva, and Washington DC for companies like McKinsey & Co, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, and most recently the Control Risks Group. While serving in the German Army he was deployed both to Africa and Afghanistan, where he experienced firsthand the need for good governance and data driven decision making in fluid environments.
Having kick-started Inoxico’s expansion into Africa, he now serves as Managing Director. It is Paul’s responsibility to ensure the continued growth of Inoxico as the leading provider of commercial data and supply chain governance services in Africa. He is extremely passionate about the African growth story and is the force behind our belief that there is a solution to every data problem in Africa.

Ensuring that Inoxico delivers world-class solutions to a broad array of clients is a challenge that requires a combination of innovation and systematic discipline, getting the best out of our employees and software platforms.
Dominique has worked on four continents for a number of multi-national and entrepreneurial businesses, including Anglo American and Siemens, focusing primarily on business development, technology and supply chain in Africa. His experience in developing business on the ground across Africa gives him an edge when assisting clients to identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them in this challenging environment.
Apart from speaking several languages, Dominique also has a number of qualifications including an Msc in Financial Economics (Oxon), an Msc in Economic and Social History (Oxon) and a Bsc in Electrical and Computer Engineering (UCT).

In a fast changing and complex African supply chain environment, a structured and systematic mind is required to bring cost-effective solutions for our clients. As a professionally registered engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA), Schalk brings just that firepower to the table.
Cape Town born and bred, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the University of Stellenbosch and thereafter studied Project Management at the University of Pretoria. Awarded a study bursary from Eskom, Schalk subsequently earned his stripes working on several of the SEO’s most prestigious projects, where Schalk became Eskom’s youngest Lead Project Engineer.
His leadership abilities and his knack for distilling complex scenarios into solvable problems with cost-effective solutions earned him numerous leadership (and other) awards along the way. That’s why he carries the mantle of Commercial Manager and is the leader of our Vendor Data and Risk Management Practice.
Partner: Credit Risk
To succeed in the complex world of B2B credit risk management, it requires an inquiring mind with exposure to multiple aspects of business. Richard studied Business Administration at Milpark Business School. After completing his military service, Richard began his working career in FMCG as a sales representative. He was soon promoted into sales leadership and then became the youngest branch manager at Simba Pty Ltd. Following this he held various senior roles at Smollan Sales and Marketing which gave him invaluable insights into various FMCG industries.
In 2005 Richard joined the exciting world of B2B credit risk management where at Experian (then KreditInform) with his last role as Head of New Business Development. In 2011 Richard joined Transaction Capital as Head of Sales for SME Lending. In 2013 he was promoted to Sales Director and board member. During his time at Transaction Capital, Richard also gained extensive experience in Outsourced B2B Credit Management, the EDC function, as well as Trade Credit Insurance.
Richard is an experienced Sales Director with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. Skilled in Strategic Sales Leadership, C - Level Negotiation, Business Planning, Customer Acquisition, B2B Credit Risk Management and SME Lending.
Chief Technology Officer
Born in Gauteng, South Africa, Marius has a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (Cum Laude).
Marius has several years of experience building and leading development teams at frog, Britehouse as well as being part of the Consulting Service LOB Management Team.
Focused on building custom enterprise software in the financial sector, his teams have successfully built new products for local and international banks as well as a local payment gateway.
Marius is passionate about enabling technology and people, bringing them together to bring unique value and positive change.
HEAD OF RESEARCH
Diane’s inception into the credit bureau industry began 16 years ago when she joined KreditInform after having been active in the marketing research field for 2 years prior.
Successful completion of an Advanced Certificated Course in Credit Management as well as experience gained underpinned the investment of knowledge in the various roles she has fulfilled.
She has been instrumental in the introduction and implementation of research methodologies and procedures, product and system planning and development, design and roll out of countrywide incentive schemes, as well as the execution of query resolution processes as dictated by the NCA.
Through her commitment and dedication to ensure great client satisfaction, she has been able to build and continue to maintain strong client relationships.
